In the fall of 2024, the Mead School District partnered with Qustodio to put additional technology safeguards in place with a free Qustodio Parental App account. This optional tool offers parents/guardians the ability to view the time their child spends on their Chromebook and the specific browsing activities conducted during their school sessions.
Key Features of the Qustodio Parental App
Time Tracking on Chromebook: Monitor the amount of time your child spends on their school-issued Chromebook, helping establish healthy screen time habits
Browsing Activity on Chromebook: Gain insights into your child's online activities, supporting their educational journey and ensuring they stay on task
Protect Additional Personal Devices: Utilize the Qustodio app to set parameters for additional devices on your home network. Basic monitoring and screen time limit features are available. Additional premium features available via subscription.
