Non-Resident Enrollment

Non-resident students may apply for enrollment in Mead School District (Board Policy 3141). Approval is based upon facility considerations, grade level counts, program capacity, and staffing considerations. Non-resident students approved for enrollment must apply each year (approval is not continuous). Families with one non-resident student are not guaranteed that there will be space for younger siblings. For non-resident students to be considered for enrollment for the upcoming school year, forms at both links below must be completed between June 1st and August 15th.
Non-resident students shall be considered for enrollment if space and necessary staff exist, as determined by the district, in the grade level and/or classes at the school in which the student desires enrollment. If student has been identified as needing special programs, space availability in those programs shall also be a determining factor in the acceptance of the student for the following school year.
