Welcome to Mead School District's Facility Use website! You can now apply for use of school facilities through our Community Use Calendar online request system.
3. First time users: Click the Create One link to create an account. You will receive verification by email within two business days.
4. Already have an account: Log in with email and password.
5. Once a group's account/requester has been approved, login and submit facility use requests. All applications will be charged a $5 non-refundable registration fee per location.
Note: All high school and middle school gym use must be pre-approved by the school's Athletic Director. Click on Contacts for school contact information.
Final approval of a schedule is a two-step process: approval and activation. You will receive an email when the school requested has approved your facility use. However, your event has not received final approval until you are electronically notified that your request has been ACTIVATED by the district and PAYMENT has been submitted, if required.
