1. Log in to Powerschool Parent Portal here. (Please note that Purchases and Payments are not supported in the Powerschool App. P&P must be done through a web browser.)
2. Click on Purchases and Payments on the left hand side to be transferred into InTouch Receipting.
3. Next, click on the name of the student you want to register. 
4. On the following page, click on ITEMS AT ALL SCHOOLS.
5. Click "District Office" in blue twice, and then Click on "STEM Camp 2026".
6. Click the corresponding week that you'd like to register for.
7. Click "Buy" for the desired camp for that student to add to the cart.
8. Click "Checkout" at the top of the page and proceed through registration and payment information. 
   (For those who qualify, registration rates may be reduced and will be reflected at checkout. In these cases, please complete checkout/payment information section with a credit card. If registration rate is reduced to $0, a credit card is still required to complete the process, but will not be charged.)

Each module is limited to 20 participants (12 for Vet Tech, 15 for Botany) and will be listed as "Sold Out" or "Full", however you can place a student on a waitlist to receive an email if a spot opens up. Click here to access the waiting list.

Grades 2-4: During the Junior Nature course we will take a closer look at some of the living things in the natural world around us! We will explore how these living things work and why they play such an important role in their environment and our world.

This is a four-day long adventure to the outer limits! Come join us to learn about how humans first took flight, launched into space, and landed on the moon! This camp covers, but not limited to:

1. Hot Air Balloon construction and flight
2. Rocket design, build and launch
3. Entry Capsule assemble and landing
4. Field Trip to Felts Field to talk about Aviation in our community

What better way to learn than through playing with food?! In this camp, we will take a delicious approach to investigating our world in the areas of biochemistry, alternative energy, geology and molecular gastronomy. Campers should expect to have fun and learn in a hands-on exploratory environment with tasty results.

Weeks 1 & 2: Dive into the science of sound at Science of Sound STEM Camp! Investigate how strings, air, and drums vibrate, create music, and produce amazing effects—while you experiment, design, and build your own instruments. Each day is hands-on and challenges you to think like a real scientist. Discover how sound works in ways you’ve never imagined and make your ideas come alive!

Week 3: Explore the science and power of sound at Science of Sound STEM Camp! Learn how strings, air, and drums vibrate, produce music, and create amazing effects— while you experiment, design, and build your own instruments. Each day is hands-on, challenging, and full of opportunities to think and create like a scientist. By the end of the week, you’ll take your discoveries to the next level with a field trip to a college audio engineering studio at SFCC — where you’ll see how sound is mixed, recorded, and see the Science of Sound in action! 

Design Academy is an exciting opportunity for creative students to explore the creation of their very own arcade.   We will start by learning the different tools in the shop such as the hand tools, power tools and machine tools.   A large focus will be put on shop safety and how to use these tools properly.  We will then dive into creating our own arcade games such as pinball, air hockey, etc.  At the end of the week we will have an “arcade” where the other students will be able to try out your students' game in an arcade style setting.

We’re talking all things Energy this Summer! Potential Energy. Kinetic Energy. Catapults, Chemical Reactions, Roller Coasters and more. If you like having Energy, using Energy, studying Energy, building with and blowing up Energy, this is the camp for you. Energy!

During Vet Tech Camp we will work with a variety of different animals daily at a local rescue farm, Higher Ground Animal Sanctuary. We will learn about and implement some of the day to day care of these animals in addition to some of their more specialized care and basic medical needs. 

Riddle me this….. what do all 2nd-4th graders enjoy doing during the summer? They have an adventure that they can brag about the next school year when they talk to their classmates. This summer you are welcome to an adventure that includes launching catapults, flying airplanes, battling shape monsters, riddles and much more! Build math competencies through a variety of ways, and come join us for a week of fun and challenges with numbers. 

 

Want to operate on a shark? Want to see the inside of a squid? In the Operating Room, you will explore the anatomy and physiology of a range of species as you work together to surgically dissect preserved organisms. Every day, your team will surgically investigate biological structures and processes and compare and contrast life. 

 

Welcome to the Lemonade Stand World Championships! 🍋

Get ready for four days of creativity, competition, and cool lemonade! This summer, students will dive into the ultimate entrepreneurial challenge: building their own lemonade stand from the ground up. From brainstorming flavors and designing eye-catching logos to crafting flyers, signage, and marketing strategies, each team will bring their business ideas to life.  

But this isn’t just any lemonade stand—it’s the Lemonade Stand World Championships! Teams will research, plan, and hustle to turn their stand into the biggest money-maker at camp. It’s all about innovation, teamwork, and a little friendly competition. Will your team rise to the top?

 

Calling all 2nd-5th graders! Come join us for four days of fun, competition, and learning at STEM Game Show Camp!

Campers will explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math through exciting game show challenges. Each day focuses on a different part of STEM while students compete both individually and in teams for points and prizes. Campers will learn about different game shows and then play camp versions designed just for them.

Along the way, they will discover how STEM skills are used throughout these games. This camp includes, but is not limited to:

• Science Jeopardy challenges
• Kahoot technology trivia competition
• Minute to Win It engineering challenges
• The Price Is Right math estimation games

Students will build teamwork, practice problem-solving, and experience how STEM concepts can be used in fun and engaging ways! 

 

Welcome to STEM Academy's Design Academy Jr.!

This class is project-based learning and everything centers around the Design Process and how to use that process to create something amazing. Our students will start off learning to use non-powered hand tools like clamps, hammers and hand saws. We will make things like puzzle cubes, string art, and bird houses. They will use the Design Process to build sail cars and popsicle stick bridges to test design efficiency. We hope to get through as many projects as we can! We look forward to having your students here with us!

During this week we will be learning about video games, how they affect our lives, our time and the different ways we can use them in our lives.  We will learn about streaming, social media, competitive gaming and how these different forms of entertainment work.  We will record ourselves playing and learn how to create instructional videos, streaming videos and learn about the immense work that goes into creating this type of content.

Come join me this Summer for an exciting exploration of plants! “Botany with Brittany” will take you plant lovers from learning “What is a plant and how do we study it?”, to “How plants reproduce and why fruits matter?”, then to “Field science & ethical harvesting”, and finishing up with “Applied botany & food science”. It will be a joyful way to educate ourselves about how important the plant is to us and to the world, and with a field trip to Greenbluff, we should have the time of our life science!
