Student Transfer Forms
Intra-District Transfer
Parents of Mead School District students may request a transfer from one MSD school to another inside the district. Transfer requests are evaluated according to available space and the reason for the request (Board Policy and Procedure 3131). In elementary schools, the "compelling reason" standard must be met, and in secondary schools, the "substantial hardship" standard must be met.

Non-Resident Application
Applications for the current 2024-25 school year are available below.
Please note that both of the steps listed below are required to be completed as part of the Non-Resident Application.
If you live outside the boundaries of the Mead School District please be aware that you must complete the following process each year between June 1st and August 15th in order for your student(s) to be considered for enrollment for the upcoming school year.

Non-resident students shall be considered for enrollment if space and necessary staff exist, as determined by the district, in the grade level and/or classes at the school in which the student desires enrollment. If your student has been identified as needing special programs, space availability in those programs shall also be a determining factor in the acceptance of your student for the following school year.
