Bus Behavior Expectations
When dealing with student behavior, the Transportation Department follows the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) model. PBIS is a positive approach to behavior management. It is proactive, instructional and outcome based. PBIS is an integral part of all Mead School District elementary schools. PBIS works with parents, school staff and transportation staff to provide a positive environment where students feel safe.
