25-year Facilities Plan
The following 25-year Mead School District Facility Plan, developed in 2017, is based on conservative enrollment projections and is divided into three categories - (1) New Schools; (2) Modernization or Replacement of Existing Schools; (3) Other Projects. Modernization/Replacement projects qualify for State Match monies. In the next 25 years, the Mead School District anticipates needing to build six new elementary schools, two new middle schools and an additional high school.
