students may work with a partner or in a small group to gather their
information, the final project must be the individual student's work.

To pass, students need to receive at least a 3 (proficient) on ALL parts of the rubric.
All
materials, including graphic organizers (and timelines where
applicable) need to be turned in and will be scored according to the
rubric.
