Each year we ask parents to complete interest surveys so that we can offer classes to best meet the needs of our families. We strongly encourage each parent to respond. Next year's schedule will be generated using this survey. You can access the 2010 ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL surveys by clicking on the links in this sentence. Please fill out a survey for each student at Five Mile Prairie School. Thank you for your continued support.
