The Board of Directors adopts the budget at the August board meeting for the new school year. Significant factors that influence the budget are as follows:
Staffing and student related costs
State allocated salary increases for beginning teachers and classified staff
State allocated employer insurance benefit
Fuel price
Food service product costs
