Parents can use the tools provided in My Access to greatly improve their student's writing.

We would like to encourage all parents of students in grades 7-12 to attend this training to learn how to use this online writing program. We Need Your Help!

Mrs. Warren’s Monday class needs your help. They will be participating in the Future City Competition on the west side of the state in January. The class will present a virtual design and a 3-D design of their city as well as an essay about their project. The 3-D design will be constructed out of recyclable materials, and that’s where you come in.

The class can use water bottles, toilet paper/paper towel rolls, milk cartons, cereal boxes, straws, etc. Just about any kind of recyclable materials would be great. A large piece of 3/8” plywood to build the city on is also needed. Please contact Linda Warren at lwarren@mead.k12.wa.us for information. Thanks for your help and support. To learn more about this exciting project visit www.futurecity.org.
